California Lease Purchase Home Ownership Program
Lease Purchase Programs are available in selected California communities. This program is designed to assist moderate to low-income individuals and families overcome barriers to home ownership through a unique lease-purchase program. This program allows a participant to select a home that meets their housing needs. The home is purchased by a non-profit agency for the benefit of the lease purchaser. This program allows lease purchasers to get into a home with little or no money down. Lease purchaser is given an option to purchase the home after a brief waiting period.
